My insurance had originally called another road assist company. When that company hadn’t come after almost three hours, Road Res-Q Roadside Assistance was called. They came within 15 min. The first company disregarded the cancellation and came anyway. However, they could not open my car. Road Res-Q came within a few minutes later and was able to open my car without any problem. Very professional in their manner and uniform. I will certainly save their information to be able to recommend them to everyone and to be able to request them by name should I need roadside assistance in the future.

I can't tell you how wonderful this service is! Everything was explained to me, I knew exactly what was going on! My mind was put at ease and the customer service was most excellent! He was a Godsend and replaced my battery tight on the spot! I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs roadside assistance! It doesn't get any better than this! They even gave me a 3 year warranty on my new battery!

$50 and a 30 minute wait to get my tire changed on a Sunday in the rain. Completely and utterly worth it as I haven’t changed a tire in 15 years and it was wet and cold. Everyone I talked to was kind, polite, and professional and prompt. I have saved them to my phone for future emergencies and would absolutely recommend them.

My husband and I called a service (All State )we've had for years that told us they will see us in 3 to 4 hrs. We were in parking lot of a medical facilities. RRQ was there within 30 minutes . Most curtious, prompt service. Gave info regarding battery issue after start up. We were both impressed with how pleasant the experience was and the young man who served us. We are no longer with All State!

We waited over an hour and a half for another company to come assist us. When I called my insurance company back and requested a new company they sent Road Res-Q. The driver was there in less than an hour and had us on the road as soon as he could. I am so thankful to the very helpful gentleman who came and saved us! Next time I will ask my insurance company for a local company like this one!

I needed roadside assistance on the side of highway 95 around midnight and Road Res-Q was there in less than 20 minutes. After testing the battery, it was determined my car needed to be towed. Frank stayed with me until the tow truck arrived. He provided safety for my car and my family. It was almost 2am when we finally got towed. I highly recommend this company. Frank went above and beyond!

Great service! I was in need of roadside assistance late at night and Road Res-Q was the only service that actually answered their phone (instead of just going to voice mail). After trying to explain where I was located since I was from out of town, they completely understood my directions and were on scene within 15 minutes. They quickly changed the tire on my RV. They knew exactly what they were doing and and their price was very affordable. Will definitely keep their number for any future emergency when visiting the Nations Capital.

I have called several times over the last few days for help jump starting my car. Each time Farmers sent out a different company to help me. By far Road Res-Q was the best. The other companies were always 20-30 minutes late, got my car started and left without much follow up. Frank called me as soon as he got the call for help, gave me an arrival time and even beat it by a few minutes. Not only was he on time but he was professional, he checked the battery and told me why I was needing so many jump starts and offered to install a new battery for me. Initially I declined not because I didn't think he would do a good job but I wanted to get a second opinion. He didn't pressure me into a sale and agreed that I should get some additional quotes. Each quote was about where Frank quoted me or more so two days later I called him and had him bring me a new battery. He took the time to make sure it was done carefully and correctly. I stood over him watching him and asking questions but he was very efficient and actually very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and made sure I was satisfied with his service. Highly recommend for service alone.

My 18 year old daughter's car got a flat tire on the Fairfax county parkway. We called AAA but due to the weather, she was looking at a 3-5 hour wait, after dark, on the side of a parkway. She was panicking and scared, never having dealt with car emergencies like this before. She and another friend tried to change it but were having issues trying to change it.I called AAA to get an updated estimate on timing, and they reminded me that I could call for an independent company and then file for reimbursement. So I called around and got voicemail after voicemail of other so-called 24/7 roadside services. Eventually I called Road Res-Q and talked to Frank. I explained the situation, where my daughter is located, and that AAA was saying 3-5 hours. He told me 25 minutes for a driver to arrive and assist her. Ridiculously, I cried a little, because I'd been super concerned but also too far away to be a real help. As much as I hope I'll never need your services again, thank you SO much Frank and Road Res-Q for taking such good care of my kid.
