Road Res-Q LLC is 24/7 on call to respond to your service needs. Additional fees may be included at the time of a quote as well as additional fees may be required at the time of service.

These fees may be but are not limited to: additional labor fees for extended maintenance issues; damaged lug nut or missing tire key / tire lock extraction fee; wait time fee after the first 10 minutes on scene; overnight fees for the hours between 9pm and 8am; inclement weather fee; highway service fee; toll fees; credit/debit card processing fees.

Since Road Res-Q operates on call roadside assistance service, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: 

A customer calling and requesting service automatically agrees to the following terms of service by Road Res-Q LLC.

If a customer wants to cancel an on demand service for any reason without occurring the service charge, a cancellation request must be made within the first 10 minutes after service was set up.

Any canceled service request with the service technician still not having arrived and after the first 10 minutes and is within the estimated time of arrival plus 15 minutes, it is subject to a 50% charge of the quoted service.

If a customer wants to cancel after the estimated time of arrival plus 15 minutes has expired no charges or fees will be applied.

If a service provider has arrived and attempted service but can not complete due to additional circumstances, the full service charge will be applied.

Road Res-Q does not provide refunds of any completed service. Any parts or equipment sold by Road Res-Q is subject to manufacturer warranties only and are not returnable after the time of sale.

If any damage or issues occurs from a jump start, battery install, or lockout service, a claim must be submitted within 250 miles of the odometer reading at the time of service or 60 days (which ever occurs first). If any damage or issues occurs from a tire change, fuel delivery, or winch out, a claim must be submitted within 100 miles of the odometer reading at the time of service or 60 days (which ever occurs first).
