Many vehicles sold today provide the spare tire only as an option. If you don’t have a spare tire, we can still assist you by installing a new tire on the rim. If you can give an hour to a tow truck and another hour to a shop to install a tire for you, you can give us an hour to bring and install a tire for you the first time.
These days, changing a tire change be tricky and require more tools than originally thought. Many issues can occur that may prevent you from changing the tire yourself. If you have locking lug nuts and are missing the key, you may not be able to remove your spare tire. We have the tools to remove locking lug nuts and damaged lug nuts that may be rounded or damaged from age and improper installation. Other issues include rusted and fused rims to the rotor hub, bent rims, or even custom rims requiring special tools. All of these issues are common and we at Road Res-Q make sure we have the proper tools and equipment to handle all of these problems.
Sometimes you may have your spare tire located under your pick-up truck or suv. If you don’t have the tools or equipment to lower your spare tire, we have the tools to lower your spare tire even if you don’t. Additionally if your winch or chain for your spare is rusted, stuck or fused, we have the tools to release your spare tire so that we can change your tire and still get you back on the road.
